The construction of any endeavor requires a systematic approach. A step-by-step process ensures that the building blocks are correctly interconnected and cemented to erect a solid and meaningful endeavor. On the other hand, the Science Culture is the acquisition of ideas, habits, and actions that permeate the walls of scientific and academic institutions, to influence society and establish pathways to disseminate knowledge, promote innovation, economic and technological development, and commit to defend the world from threats that can be halted by the use of science and technology.

It is in this sense, that the Andean Road Countries for Science and Technology (ARCST) have been committed since 2018 to building the Science Culture Construction (SCC). Their efforts have received support from different Universities, academic institutions, the public and private sectors, and other social strata.

The result of our efforts is meant to engage more people in Green Science, Science Popularization, Biodiversity Conservation, Green Development, innovation, technology development, and collaboration. Our work started in Latin America but thanks to the results, more opportunities have been opened with different countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe.

To conclude, we would like to invite you to be part of the Science Culture Construction as we open the doors to academicians, researchers, students, and society, in general, to exchange knowledge, spread Green Science, Research and Innovation, Science Popularization, Biodiversity Conservation, Green and Sustainable Development.
