As we stand at the threshold of 2026, the pursuit of peace, courageous, practical, necessary, is the foundation upon which we build our future.

It calls to mind the timeless words of Spanish poet Juan de Miramontes y Zuázola: “In friendship and peace, all flourishes, abounds, and multiplies.” [1]

May this be our guiding principle for the new year: to courageously cultivate the conditions where trust, collaboration, and peace can take root, so that in our communities, teams, and lives, we may all truly flourish, abound, and multiply.
