We are pleased to announce that Professor Dr. Gabriel Xiao-Guang Yue has been appointed as a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Latin American Sciences and Culture (JLASC).
Professor Yue’s distinguished expertise and academic leadership will significantly contribute to diversifying and expanding the journal’s research scope. His involvement will support our ongoing commitment to publishing high-quality, interdisciplinary work that reflects a broad spectrum of scientific and cultural inquiry.
Professional Background:
Professor Dr. Gabriel Xiao-Guang Yue holds a dual appointment as a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Sciences, at European University Cyprus, and as a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Information and Knowledge Management, School of Consumer Intelligence and Information Systems, at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
He is a Foundation Fellow of IETI, a Fellow of the Pakistan Academy of Engineering, and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. Recognized as one of the World’s Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists in rankings by Stanford University. His research spans intelligent information processing, safety engineering, risk management, and sustainability, with extensive contributions to refereed international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. He is a frequent keynote speaker and committee member at global conferences.
