The Andean Road Countries for Science and Technology (ARCST) is proud to be part of the Media and Information Literacy Alliance, and we are glad to see this global network continue to grow.

Media and Information Literacy (MIL) empowers individuals to think critically, access reliable information, and communicate responsibly, skills that are essential in today’s interconnected world. This approach perfectly complements our paradigm of Science Culture Construction, which promotes evidence-based thinking, public engagement with science, and the responsible use of knowledge for sustainable development. As the MIL Alliance expands, we celebrate the shared commitment to building societies where science, media, and education work together to foster understanding, inclusion, and sustainability.
