The book is a joint publication by China Intercontinental Press, the Beijing China-LAC Center for Science and Education (CECLA), and the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies. By bringing together leading scholars from China and Latin America to address critical issues like green development and climate governance, this project exemplifies the principles of “Science Culture Construction.” This paradigm emphasizes shared knowledge creation, cross-border academic partnerships, and using scientific collaboration as a bridge for mutual understanding and sustainable progress.
The participation of the ARCST experts shows the initiative’s strong commitment to this new model of cooperation, providing policy recommendations for global green governance from a unique Latin American perspective.
To construct a culture of science is, in essence, to multiply knowledge, empower people, and weave networks of understanding that will last far beyond ourselves.
