“Memoirs – Intercontinental Congress of Science and Technology 2021”

The first Intercontinental Congress on Science and Technology 2021 (ICST – 2021) gathered experts from the five continents to discuss (from the 25th – 27th, November 2021) key issues related to:

Sustainability, environment, biodiversity, and green development
Socio-cultural Aspects of Scientific and technological globalization
Digital Innovation and smart development contribution to Health

The objective of the first ICST – 2021 was to create an effective international forum for Scientists, Researchers, Experts, Academics, Engineers, Doctors, Students, Technologists, and Industrialists to present their results and discuss the most recent innovations, advancements, trends, concerns, practical challenges encountered, and proposals regarding the issues related to the topics of the ICST. The topics of interest for submission to ICST – 2021 included different areas.

The ICST – 2021 was dedicated to providing a platform that creates a dialogue between industries and academic organizations as well as technology transfer from research to industry. This ICST – 2021 provided companies and/or institutions an opportunity to present their products, services, innovations, technologies, and the results of their innovative research.

Several members of the scientific community, public/private laboratories, and industries around the world were invited to participate in this event. We offered the participants an opportunity to promote their research and share their results by submitting an extended abstract. We received several contributions, which made it difficult to select the best works from the perspective of innovation, novelty, current progress, impact indicators, etc.
